Spotify Chat Backup is a private, single-user utility used to store sanitized recovery backups for a personal Spotify Chat Control installation in the owner's Google Drive.
The application authenticates to Google Drive with OAuth and uploads recovery archives to a dedicated backup folder selected for this system. The archives contain application code, configuration templates, documentation, and a local listening-history database.
Spotify OAuth credentials, Google OAuth secrets, refresh tokens, and other authentication secrets are intentionally excluded from recovery archives.
Google Drive access is used only to create, update, list, and verify the application's own recovery backup files. The utility is not offered as a public service and is not intended for third-party users.
